In addition, the existing San Joaquin County and City of Stockton Flood Insurance Studies , which <br /> delineate flood risks, floodplains and floodway areas,are currently being reevaluated. The reevaluation is being <br /> conducted by the Federal Emergency Management Agency, Region IX,Building 105, Presidio of San Francisco, <br /> California 94129-1250,telephone (415) 923-7186. The reevaluation may delineate additional flood risks. the <br /> official flood maps are available for review at the Department of Public Works, 1810 East Hazelton Avenue r <br /> Stockton. These flood maps will be updated when the reevaluation process is completed. <br /> Benjamin Holt Drive has an existing right-of-way width of 84 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84 feet. <br /> Grigsby Place has an existing right-of-way width of 60 feet and a planned right-of-way width of 60 feet. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2.
