i <br /> Kerry Sullivan -2- <br /> COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-01-94 <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee may be required for this development. The fee is due and payable at <br /> the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is $176.84 per additional daily trip-end <br /> generated in the Stockton area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the <br /> Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by the Engineering News Record.) <br /> (Resolutions 00-433) <br /> 4. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to release of building permit. <br /> 5. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division(468-3066) that this development has met <br /> the requirements of the Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. Final Site Plan is required upon <br /> submittal of verification. <br /> 6. Traffic study is required due to the potential traffic to be generated from the proposed development. The <br /> Consulting Engineer shall recommend the scope of road segments and intersections to be studied; <br /> County staff will determine final scope of work. The developer shall deposit funds with the County for <br /> all costs, as estimated by the Department of Public Works Public Facilities Division, prior to the <br /> Department of Public Works contracting for the required study. Any mitigations required by the traffic <br /> study shall be provided by the applicant. (Development Title Section 9-1150.4) <br /> GK:BN:sh <br />
