SA-92-22 <br /> OF GABRIEL AND DANA AVILA _: <br /> The Development Services Division has reviewed the above <br /> referenced- application and intends to approve it subject to the <br /> following Conditions of Approval. <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all the Conditions of Approval shall <br /> be fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> A <br /> This approval will expire eighteen . (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> i <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number of other Statutory <br /> Requirement cannot be modified. <br /> Condition of Approval <br /> l <br /> 1. This approval shall be for a farm equipment repair <br /> facility in a new 8,000-square foot building. ! There <br /> shall be no manufacturing activities associated with <br /> this approval. <br /> 2 . All farm equipment repair shall take place within the <br /> proposed structure.
