The owner shall secure an approved Business License <br /> prior to the issuance of the Certificate of Occupancy <br /> and initiation of the use in the new 8, 000 square foot <br /> building. <br /> 6. A minimum of four automobile parking spaces shall be <br /> provided and shall be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> The size of the parking spaces .shall be consistent with <br /> the requirements of Section 9-3702 of the Planning <br /> Title. <br /> 7. Driveways and maneuvering areas shall, at a minimum, be <br /> surfaced with six (6) inches of rock base, except as <br /> otherwise required by the Uniform Fire Code. The four <br /> automobile parking space shall be permanently paved and <br /> maintained with concrete or asphalt concrete. Bumper <br /> guards shall be provided where necessary to protect <br /> adjacent structures of properties. All paving details <br /> shall be included on the Improvement Plan. <br /> a. All outdoor trash receptacles shall be contained within <br /> a trash enclosure. The enclosure shall be located on <br /> permanent paving, ' be designed to accommodate all trash <br /> receptacles, and be constructed on three sides with a <br /> solid wall and gated on the fourth side. Th(--- location <br /> of the trash enclosure shall be designated on the <br /> Improvement Plan. <br /> 9. No signs are permitted as a part of this approval. <br /> 10. This Site Approval application does not include the <br /> proposed future residence. Only one residence is <br /> allowed per parcel. The proposed future residence <br /> shall not be shown on the Improvement Plan. <br /> 11. All improvements shall meet the Standards for Flood <br /> Hazard Reduction as stated in Planning Title Section <br /> 9-10325. <br />
