The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin Ordinance <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in <br /> theconstruction plans before submittal to the Building <br /> inspection Division: <br /> a. The proposed building shall be provided with an automatic <br /> fare sprinkler system or divided into areas less than <br /> 3 , 000 square feet by area separation walls. <br /> b. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements . (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> C. The floor area of the repair shop (H-4 occupancy) shall <br /> be served by one or more floor drains which shall dran <br /> to an approved grease and oil separator. The separator <br /> shall have prior approval by the Public Health Services <br /> (Environmental Division) before submission to this <br /> Division for permits and meet all the criteria for <br /> hazardous waste generation. <br /> 2 . A grading plan shall be submitted and approved and a grading <br /> permit issued by the Building Inspection Division prior to <br /> performing any excavation or filling of earth material: <br /> a. A grading. plan shall contain the information listed in <br /> the U.B.C. , Appendix, Chapter 70, Section 7006 (1.) . <br /> b. The grading plan shall include complete drainage details <br /> and elevations of the adjacent parcels. Retaining wall <br /> details shall be submitted where applicable. <br />
