All grading permits are subject to approval by the other <br /> departments. i <br /> g. All grading authorized by the permit shall be approved <br /> prior to issuance of any building permits, oribeginning, <br /> of any construction. <br /> Note: This application requires a discretionaryapproval, <br /> (e.g. Tentative Map, Site Approval, Use Permit) . Therefore, <br /> a grading permit will not be issued until this approval is <br /> obtained. <br /> 3 . The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> a. Provide parking for the physically handicapped. The. <br /> space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the: <br /> primary entrance (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> b. Provide identific&'Aon signs for the parking space(s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible <br /> from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> C. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C.C.R, Title 24) . <br /> 4.
