Soares <br /> Property:�located at 16147 West Bethany Road, Tracy, California 95367 shows all the <br /> improvements and elevation on the subject property which is practically level except for <br /> the home on Parcel 1 is on a mounded system.This property is a 40 acre parcel which is a <br /> portion orf Lots 92 and 93 of Naglee Park Tract in Rancho El Peseadero, San Joaquin <br /> County, California("Naglee Burke Tract",Maps &Plats Book 5,Page 18, San Joaquin <br /> County Records). The planned development is to divide the 40 acres parcel into two <br /> parcels,Parcels 1 and 2. Parcel No. 1 is to contain 2.00 acres net and Parcel 2 is to <br /> contain 38.00 acres net, all as depicted on the attached "Tentative Parcel Map"which is <br /> made an'�integral part of this report.. <br /> i <br /> 1 This map and study that I am submitting for your review, consideration and <br /> approval is a study conducted to determine the soils capability on the subject property to <br /> accommodate septic systems for home sites <br /> 2.0 Proder tyCurrent and Past Use: The project site is located in an agricultural area <br /> betweenPld River and West Bethany Road at Tracy, California in San Joaquin County. <br /> The present forty(40) acres is devoted almost entirely to agricultural use to produce <br /> alfalfa crops. <br /> The project site is presently devoted to agricultural use except for a small, <br /> developed portion, which begins in the southwest corner of the subject property and . <br /> extends to the east and parallels West Bethany Road and is immediately adjacent to it to a <br /> point about midway on the property's south boundary line. The buildings on the present <br /> property�consists of the property owner's residence, a semicircular galvanized metal <br /> shop,two (2)pump houses, a home and a pole bam storing farm equipment These <br /> improvements are noted on the attached"Tentative Parcel Map"which is attached to and <br /> made ari integral part of this report. Except for the developed area,the remainder of the <br /> + land, which surrounds the developed portion to the north and east, is devoted to <br /> producing alfalfa. <br /> San Joaquin County Assessor and Recorder records were researched which <br /> k <br /> revealed that the subject property has been owned by Belle B.
