A .
Trager Soil Suitability Study
Page No. 4
been placed. The alternative to and elevated leach pad fill is to design and install a mound
system. If this option is desired our office may be contacted for design services. I.
E,
VII CONCLUSION
Based on the results of the percolation tests, the soil profile, and the performance of the
septic systems in the area, it is our opinion that the proposed homesite resulting from the
proposed parcel split should be suitable for use of on site sewage disposal system with the noted
conditions. The proposed system should be properly designed and installed according to current
San Joaquin County criteria.
Based on the size of the proposed parcels, it is our opinion that the installation of the
proposed septic systems, if properly installed, should not adversely affect the quality of the
t ground water in the area.
VIII LE IITATIONS
The conclusions of this report are based on the information provided regarding the
} existing and proposed development, the use of the subject property, and the site conditions as
they existed at the time we excavated our.test holes and performed the percolation tests. It was
` assumed that the test holes and percolation tests results are representative of the subsurface
conditions in the general area.
Our professional services were performed, our findings obtained, and our conclusions
proposed in accordance with generally accepted engineering principles and practices. This
warranty is in lieu of all other warranties either expressed or implied.
