CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL -3- <br /> SA-93-40 <br /> s <br /> z <br /> The Construction Site Plan shall indicate the following: <br /> o. Provide parking for the physically disabled. The <br /> space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the <br /> primary entrance (c.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> P. Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) <br /> including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or <br /> visible from each space (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> q. The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 1/4 inch <br /> per foot (C.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> r. Existing elevation certification is required with all <br /> permit applications for structures located within the <br /> 100 year flood zone. <br /> S. Fire apparatus access roads shall be required for new <br /> development constructed when any portion of an exterior <br /> wall of the first story is located more than 150 feet <br /> from the public access road. This road shall be <br /> constructed to meet or exceed standards published in <br /> Public Works design standards (Sec. 10. 203 UFC) . The <br /> access road must be fully improved to these standards <br /> prior to any final inspections. <br /> 2.
