The approved cold storage building shall use the <br /> existing Beyer Lane driveway on the north end of the <br /> subject parcel. <br /> k. All construction on the site shall conform to the <br /> requirements of Chapter 1605, Flood Hazards, of the <br /> Development Title. <br /> The following Uniform Building Code and San Joaquin County <br /> Ordinance requirements will be applicable and shall be <br /> incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to <br /> the Building Inspection Division. <br /> 1. The proposed building shall be provided with an <br /> automatic fire sprinkler system or divided into areas <br /> less than 6, 000 square feet by area separation walls. <br /> M. Provide restrooms conforming with all disabled access <br /> requirements (c.C.R. , Title 24) . <br /> n. The proposed project is located within an expansive <br /> soil area where a conventional foundation may not be <br /> suitable. Therefore, an engineer is required to <br /> evaluate the foundation design. <br />
