It is moderately toxic in the technical form,but may be <br /> rIi <br /> highly toxic via some routes in formulation. Lambda cyhalothrin is moderately persistent in the soil <br /> environment,with a field half-life close to 30 days in most soils. <br /> 3.1,5 Water Supply and Sewage Disposal System <br /> PPY �' P Y <br /> F1 <br /> The EHD well and septic permit files were searched on May 23, 2006 in an effort to obtain copies <br />'1 F1 of permits for any water wells or septic tanks on the subject property. One permits was found for a <br /> well,located on the southwest corner of the subject property. <br /> { A copy of this permit can be found in Appendix F. <br /> 3.L6 Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources <br /> 1_--i The California Department of Oil, Gas, and Geothermal Resources (DOGGR) well map 60673 was <br /> reviewed for evidence of oil or gas wells on or in the vicinity of the subject property. One well was <br /> located on the subject property in 1968. Three additional wells were found within one-quarter <br /> R miles of the subject property. All four wells were drilled, found dry and abandoned between 1955 <br /> I � and 1980 (Appendix F). <br /> FW Based on the locations, no production, and abandonment dates of these wells, the environmental <br /> impact is not a concern to the subject property. <br /> 3.L7 Site Reconnaissance <br />[ A visual reconnaissance of the subject property was conducted on June 1, 2006. Photographs of <br /> the subject property are attached to this report as Appendix B. A site visit/assessment checklist is <br /> attached to this report as Appendix D. <br /> The subject property was observed to be a flat, U shaped portion of a larger field. An irrigation <br /> well was located on the southwest corner of the subject property. Oil was observed around the bas <br /> of the well and on surrounding soils. The remainder of the property was observed to be irrigation <br /> canals and agricultural field. A sump was located on the northwest corner of the subject property. <br /> Three, two pole-mounted transformers, and two, one pole-mounted transformers were observed by <br /> the wells and sumps of the subject property and adjacent properties. A blue PCB-free sticker was <br /> observed on the two, single pole-mounted transformers. <br /> A pile of concrete debris was observed near the center of the subject property. <br /> 13Califomia Department of Oil,Gas,and Geothermal Resources,well map 606. <br /> I � 7 <br />
