The nearest contour line to the subject property shows the water table to be in excess of ten(I0)feet below the ground surface. PERCOLATION TEST: Three percolation test holes were determined to be needed to create three(3) parcels out of a larger single parcel as a result of inquiries made to the San Joaquin County Public Health Service,Environmental Health Division. On Thursday,March 15, 2001,two(2) shallow 8" diameter percolation test holes was excavated to a maximum depth of thirty-six (36)inches on Parcels 1 and 2 and presoaked overnight. Also on this date a soil profile test hole was excavated to a maximum depth often(10) feet below the ground surface The percolation test holes are identified as"P1"and"P2"on the attached"Percolation Data Sheet"and"Parcel Map". Then on Sunday, March 18, 2001,a shallow 8"diameter percolation test hole was excavated to a maximum depth of 36" for Parcel 3 and is identified as "P3" on the attached"Percolation Data Sheet"and"Parcel Map"and presoaked overnight. The percolation rates for the three(3) percolation test holes were then determined on Friday, March 16, 2001 and on Monday,March 19. 2001. The percolation tests conducted were performed in accordance with the percolation test procedures outlined in the"Manual Of Septic Tank Practice"published by the Department Of Health Education And Welfare and the requirements of the San Joaquin County Public Heath Service,Environmental Health Division.
