• Soil Suitability Study, APN: 252-12-01 To divide a 128 acres parcel into three parcels. <br /> 'RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 6,000 square feet minimum usable disposal areas are recommended for both <br /> Parcels 1 and 2 and an 8000 square feet minimum usable disposal area for Parcel 3 is <br /> recommended to accommodate subsurface horizontal leach fields. <br /> WELL WATER ANALYSIS: No well water testing and analysis was performed or is <br /> included as in integral part of this test report. The property owner has been informed that <br /> he has to submit well water concentrations of dibromochloropropane,DBCP, and nitrate <br /> concentrations in a separate submittal the San Joaquin Public Health Service, <br /> Environmental Health Division. <br /> Also the property owner has been informed that in addition to the separate well <br /> water testing submittal my services rendered for doing and submitting this Soil Suitability <br /> Study will be required to be paid for before the San Joaquin Public Health Service will <br /> approve this Soil Suitability Study. <br /> ENGINEER'S STATEMENT: <br /> Septic systems of the types proposed can be installed and their construction is not <br /> expected to impact groundwater or cause other health hazards. <br /> Walter E.
