f <br /> 31 <br /> 7 : MANAGEMENT RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> 4 , <br /> Management of Cultural Resources in the Proposed Project APE <br /> All methods of cultural resources investigations conducted <br /> in reference to the proposed 500-acre gravel extraction area were <br /> negative, with the exception, as noted above, of the discovery of <br /> the remains of a former gravel extraction plant. The research <br /> potential of these remains has been fulfilled by the process of <br /> systematic recordation. Accordingly, in reference to cultural <br /> resources, the proposed project is considered eligible for a <br /> negative declaration of impact upon cultural resources, which is <br /> recommended, subject to the stipulations set forth in the <br /> following sections of this report. <br /> Limiting Conditions and Undiscovered Cultural Resources <br /> The recommended management alternative presented in this <br />` document (a negative declaration in reference to cultural <br /> resources) , constitutes the professional opinion of the writer <br /> but is not rendered as a legal opinion.
