This data, available in <br /> select counties across the country, was obtained from the U.S. Fish and <br /> Wildlife Service. <br /> 4.0. HISTORICAL USE <br /> The history of the subject property from as early as 1920 to present was researched by <br /> reviewing aerial photographs, topographic maps, San Joaquin County Building <br /> Department records and a personal interview. Based on a review of historical records, <br /> the property has been utilized as residential property since at least 1920s. <br /> 5.0. EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The current septic system includes a residential system located west of the residential <br /> building (Figure 2), directly along the western property boundary. The septic system is <br /> utilized by the residence and permitted for a three-bedroom septic system with a total of <br /> three bedrooms. The use of the system will be considered 365 days a year for the study. <br /> The existing leach field, north from the septic system distribution box is located over 100 <br /> linear feet from the property water supply well. <br /> 5.1 . EXISTING ON-SITE SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> The system servicing the existing residential structure (septic system) includes a septic <br /> tank and one main leach lines discharging leach lines, located north of the driveway on <br /> the property. The exact specification of the original septic separation chamber is unknown <br /> (presumed as 1,200-gallon) septic tank as a permit is readily available. <br /> 5.2. SITE SEPTIC PERMIT HISTORY <br /> The permits on record at EHD for the address 7296 South Borba Road, Stockton, <br /> California, indicated that in 1982 the system was repaired, as depicted on permits. <br /> Prior to 1982, an original 1970's septic system was permitted for a repair to the septic <br /> system lines on the property.
