01 July 2016
AGE Project No. 15-3403
11.0. CONCLUSIONS
Based on the above referenced Soil Suitability and Nitrate Loading Study, AGE concludes
the following:
• All proposed and approved septic system use and construction should follow the
EHD On-Site Waste Disposal Standards. A California Register Engineer (CRE)
should plan and propose a designed septic package to reduce or minimize the
nitrogen loading and an appropriate leaching mechanism, therefore this
recommendation appear to be applicable for the site conditions. The site requires
a separation of soil maintain five feet above groundwater, within a percolation rate
of 30 inches per minute.
• Site redevelopment is appropriate with the use of the newly installed and existing
septic systems or current-use water supply well.
12.0. LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily
exercised by environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities. The findings
were based on field testing results. Evaluations of the hydrogeologic conditions at the site
for the purpose of this investigation were made from a limited number of available data
points (i.e. test holes, laboratory analysis) and subsurface conditions may vary away from
these data points. No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the professional
interpretations, opinions and recommendations contained in this report.
Advanced GcoEnvironmenlal,Inc.
