Mr. Olmstead asked why the State Clearinghouse would need to be notified at this <br /> phase of the project. Mr. Olmstead asked staff if the date of the Planning Commission hearing <br /> could be scheduled at this time. Mr. Martin indicated that he would speak with Ms. Sullivan to <br /> see whether or not the project needs to go to the State Clearinghouse at this phase.
