A General <br /> Plan Amendment application to change the General Plan of 48.66 acres <br /> from RIR (Rural Residential) to RNL (Very Low Density Residential) and <br /> a Zone Reclassification to rezone 48.66 acres from R-R to R-VL to permit <br /> a Major Subdivision application to create 80 residential lots. Located on <br /> the north side of Linne Road, 300-feet west of Chrisman Road, Tracy <br /> (APN: 248-080-20; Address: 7999 W. Line Road, Tracy). <br /> Jeff Fisher, Associate Planner; Dave Olmstead, W.D.O. Inc.; Roger D. Elissagaray, Linne <br /> f Estates; Cecil Dillon, Dillion & Murphy and Don Chesney, Valley Agriculture Research were <br /> present for this iters. <br /> Mr. Fisher introduced the project. <br /> Mr. Fisher reviewed the Development Committee memo with the applicants and staff. <br /> Mr. Olmstead expressed his concern regarding the rescheduling of the Planning Commission <br /> hearing. Mr. Olmstead asked why the State Clearinghouse would need to be notified at this <br /> phase of the project. Mr. Olmstead asked staff if the date of the Planning Commission hearing <br /> could be scheduled at this time. Mr. Martin indicated that he would speak with Ms. Sullivan to <br /> see whether or not the project needs to go to the State Clearinghouse at this phase.
