Brandt Road APN: 051-320-06 <br /> INFORMATION: <br /> The site is (not currently) located within a Federal Flood Insurance Administration Designated Flood <br /> Hazard Area. <br /> Brandt Road has an existing right-of-way width of 60-feet and a planned right-of-way width of 84-feet. <br /> State Highway Route 88 does qualify as a Surface Transportation Assistance Act(STAA)route. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within County road right-of-way. <br /> (Development Title Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> 2. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit. Driveway shall be designed to <br /> accommodate trucks. (Development Title Section 9-1145.5) <br /> 3. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee shall be required for this development. The fee is due and <br /> payable at the time of building permit application. (The fee currently is$650.00 per 1,000 gross <br /> square foot of building designated as Manufacturing in the Lockeford area.
