e <br /> (2) A minimum of ten (10) automobile parking spaces shall be provided, including one (1) van <br /> accessible space(four parking spaces for site employees,one handicap parking space, and five <br /> parking spaces for truck drivers). <br /> (3) A minimum of five (5) truck parking spaces shall be provided. Each space shall be an <br /> unobstructed rectangle twenty-five(25)feet in length and fifteen(15)feet in width(one space for <br /> each of five project trucks). <br /> f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on the Site <br /> Plan: <br /> (1) Driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be forty (40)feet maximum. The design of the <br /> driveway shall allow trucks to enter and exit the property without entering into the opposing lane <br /> of traffic. <br /> (2) Adequate maneuvering and parking areas for automobiles and trucks shall be located on the <br /> site. <br /> g. HOURS OF OPERATION: The facility may be open from 5:00 a.m. to 90:00 p.m. The operation of <br /> the rock crusherand screening plant shall be between 8:00 a.m.to 5:00 p.m. <br /> h. PROCESSINGISTOCKPILINGAREAS: The receiving stockpiling areas,the processing areas, the <br /> equipment storage areas, and the finish material stockpiling areas shall all be detailed on the site <br /> plan. The stockpile shall be no higher than 45 feet with a slope of 2 to 1, and the toe of the <br /> stockpiles shall be a minimum of 25 feet from all property lines. <br /> i. LIGHTING: Lighting shall comply with the following: <br /> (1) If the parking area is to used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be installed <br /> according to the standards set forth in Section 9-1015.5 of the Development Title. <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover beyond the <br /> property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, provided, however, that <br /> such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. (Development Title Section9-1015.5[g][4]) <br /> j. LANDSCAPING: Landscaping shall be provided and comply with the following.- <br /> (1) <br /> ollowing:(1) A minimum ten-foot-wide landscaped strip, respecting the ultimate right-of-way width of Brandt <br /> Road, shall be installed across the frontage of the project site. a <br /> (2) Areas of the property which are not part of the project shall be barricaded from traffic and kept <br /> mowed and dust free. <br /> 2. DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS(Staff Contact: Gabe Karam,468-3000) <br /> a. An encroachment permit shall be required for work within the road right-of-way. (Development Title <br /> Sections 9-1145.4 and 9-1145.5) <br /> b. The driveway approach shall be improved in accordance with the requirements of San Joaquin <br /> County Standards R-17 prior to issuance of the occupancy permit.
