A <br /> $225.00 fee currently is required for processing, per Development Title Table 9-240.2,in addition to <br /> a copy of the Grant Deed. <br /> d. The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required for this development. The fee is due and payable <br /> at the time of building permit application. The fee currently is 151.36 per daily trip-end generated in <br /> s the Lockeford area. The fee shall be automatically adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering <br /> Construction Cost lndex as published by the Engineering News Record. A copy of the Final Site Plan shall be submitted prior to the release of building permits. The Final <br /> Site Plan shall delineate the future right-of-way on Brandt Road for setback purposes. <br /> f. Verification shall be obtained from the Solid Waste Division (468-3066)that this development has <br /> addressed the items on the attached Waste Plan Format for Development Projects. <br /> 3. PUBLIC HEALTH SERVICES (Staff Contact: Ted Norgard,468-3443) <br /> a. A soil suitability study/nitrate loading study which indicates that the area is suitable for septic tank <br /> usage must be performed prior to the issuance of building permits, as required by Section 9- <br /> 1105.2(d)of the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required, and a <br /> review fee of$390.00 must be paid at the time of submittal to the Environmental Health Division. <br /> The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage standards of San Joaquin County <br /> prior to approval. A percolation test that meets absorption rates of the manual of septic tank practice <br /> or the E.P.A. design manual for on-site wastewater treatment and disposal systems is required for <br /> f each parcel. A permittee of$78.00 per percolation hole is required. <br /> b. Construction of an individual sewage disposal system under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development (San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Sections 9-1110.3 and 9.1110.4) <br /> I c. Construct a water well under permit and inspection of the Environmental Health Division prior to <br /> occupancy. Should the numberof non-residentindividuals exceed 24 for at least 60 days per year, <br /> or the number of service connections exceed four,a yearly permit to operate a public water system <br /> will be required by Environmental Health Division(San Joaquin County Develop mentTitle 22, <br /> Sections 9-1120.2 and 9.1115.9). <br /> The supplier must posses adequate financial,managerial,and technical capability to ensure delivery <br /> of pure, wholesome, and potable drinking water in accordance with San Joaquin County <br /> Development Title Sections 9-1120.2 and 9-1115.9, CCR, Title 22, and Health and Safety Code <br /> Sections 116525 through 116570. <br /> d. Refuse, garbage, and other solid waste material must be stored, removed, and transported to an <br /> approved landfill in accordance San Joaquin County Ordinance Code Section 5-2400. <br /> e. if hazardous material is stored on the site, the applicant must register with the County Office of <br /> Emergency Services. <br /> f.
