UP-00-01 OF <br /> DOUGLAS H. & RUSSELL WINN (CIO D. H. TRUCKING, INC.) <br /> The applicants have submitted the above referenced application for the recycling of rock, sand, <br /> gravel, concrete pieces, and asphalt pieces along with the processing of the material and the <br /> wholesale export of-the processed material. The project site is located on the north side of Brandt <br /> Road, 2,000 feet east of Locke Road, southwest of Lockeford, CA. <br /> it <br /> This item is scheduled to be heard by the Planning Commission on March 2, 2000. The <br /> Community Development Department has reviewed the proposed Use Permit and will be <br /> recommending approval subject to the following recommended conditions of approval: <br /> Use Permit Application No. UP-00-01 was approved by the Planning Commission on . The <br /> effective date of approval is . This approval will expire on , which is 18 months from the <br /> effective date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, <br /> (2) all necessary;building permits have been issued and remain in force, and (3) all <br /> necessary permits from other agencies have been issued and remain in force. <br /> Unless otherwise specified,all Conditions of Approval and ordinance requirements shall be <br /> fulfilled prior to the establishment of the use and the issuance of any building permits. <br /> f <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section Number have been identified as ordinance <br /> requirements pertinent to this application.
