APPROVED USE: This approval is for a facility: <br /> (1) To receive rock, sand, gravel and process the material then stockpile the processed <br /> material for later wholesale export. <br /> (2) To receive and stockpile broken pieces of used concrete and asphalt. Place the <br /> material into a crusher to be made into a new dry asphalt base, then stockpile for later <br /> wholesale export. <br /> (3) Retrofit a 30' diameter tank into a water tank for the use of this facility. <br /> c. BUSINESS LICENSE: The applicant shall secure an approved Business License prior to <br /> the initiation of the use. The Business License may be applied for concurrently with the <br /> building permit application. (Section 7-1000 of the County Ordinance Code) <br /> d. STORM DRAINAGE: Stormwater drainage shall be retained on-site. The drainage pattern <br /> and corresponding storm drain improvements shall be shown on the Site Plan. Drainage <br /> calculations prepared by a registered civil engineer or architect shall be included. <br /> e. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All automobile and truck parking spaces and all major circulation drive lanes <br /> (automobile and truck) shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with base <br /> material of appropriate depth and asphalt concrete or Portland cement concrete to <br /> provide a durable, dust free surface. Bumper guards shall be provided when necessary <br /> to protect adjacent structures or properties. All other areas that are used for vehicular <br /> traffic shall be surfaced and permanently maintained with a chip seal. Aggregate base <br /> may be used for outside storage areas. <br /> (2) A minimum of ten (10) automobile parking spaces shall be provided, including one (1) <br /> van accessible space (four parking spaces for site employees, one handicap parking <br /> space, and five parking spaces for truck drivers). <br /> (3) A minimum of five (5) truck parking spaces shall be provided. Each space shall be an <br /> unobstructed rectangle twenty-five(25)feet in length and fifteen (15)feet in width (one <br /> space for each of five project trucks). <br /> f. ACCESS AND CIRCULATION: The following requirements apply and shall be shown on <br /> the Site Plan: <br /> (1) Driveway width at the ultimate right-of-way shall be forty (40) feet maximum. The <br />
