HOURS OF OPERATION: The facility may be open from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. The <br /> operation of the rock crusher and screening plant shall be between 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. <br /> h. PROCESSINGISTOCKPILING AREAS: The receiving stockpiling areas; the processing <br /> areas; the equipment storage areas; and the finish material stockpiling areas shall all be <br /> detailed on the site plan. The stockpile shall be no higher than 45' with a slope of 2 to 1 <br /> and the toe of the stockpiles shall be a minimum 25' from all property lines. <br /> H. <br /> I. LIGHTING: Lighting shall comply with the following, <br /> (1) If the parking area is to used at night, parking lot and security lighting shall be <br /> installed according to the standards set forth in Section 9-1015.5 of the Development <br /> Title. <br /> (2) Any lighting shall be designed to confine direct rays to the premises. No spillover <br /> beyond! the- property lines shall be permitted except onto public thoroughfares, <br /> provided, however, that such light shall not cause a hazard to motorists. <br /> (Development Title Section9-1015.5[g][4] <br /> j.
