SA-91-32 OF JESSE AND <br /> MARILYN BRAZEAL <br /> ------------------------------------------------------------------ <br /> ' The Development Services Division has reviewed the above- <br /> referenced application and intends to approve it subject to the <br /> following Conditions of Approval. <br /> f Unless otherwise specified, all the conditions of Approval shall <br /> be fulfilled prior to the issuance of any building permits and <br /> prior to the initiation of the use. <br /> This approval will expire eighteen (18) months from the effective <br /> date of the approval unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have <br /> been complied with, (2) all necessary building permits have been <br /> secured and remain in force, and (3) all necessary permits from <br /> other agencies have been secured and remain in force. <br /> Conditions_of__Approyal: <br /> ' 1. This approval is for a building to contain the two following <br /> uses: a welding/construction company and a gear <br /> manufacturing company. <br /> 2 . There shall be no outside storage of equipment or material <br /> or any outside operations associated with the approved uses. <br /> 3 . The number of parking spaces shown on the Site Plan is <br /> adequate for the number of employees and amount of <br /> development proposed. Each parking space shall not be less <br /> than nine (9) feet in width and twenty. (20) feet in length. <br /> Aisles shall be a minimum of twenty-four (24) feet wide. <br /> Additional employees or development may require an increased <br /> number of parking spaces. Parking calculations and details <br /> shall be shown on the Improvement Plan (Section 9-3702 of <br /> the Planning Title) . <br />
