COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SA-91-32 <br /> 4 . The frontage improvement for Brandt Road shall be constructed <br /> in conformance with the standards for one-half of an 84-foot <br /> right-of-way commercial street. The construction of the <br /> frontage improvements will be deferred upon execution by the <br /> owner of a Deferred Frontage and Roadway Improvement <br /> Agreement or a Secured Deferred Frontage and Roadway <br /> Improvement Agreement with a deposit equivalent to their <br /> estimated construction costs prior to approval the <br /> Improvement Plan .
