Do we clog it further and than
need to expand after it is impossible to navigate? Are we to follow Tracy's over population explosion?
Which has put them in a dire straight with their transportation both on the highways and in town?
Our concern is the utilities that are already in what we are told is in crises;to the point of blackouts.
How do we justify adding to that burden? Where are these resources to accommodate this new community? In a farming
community where water is paramount for the farmer will this create a problem for them and for residential dwellings?
Where are the resources to accommodate these new homes?
Have we factored in the services needed for such a large new community that will need schools, crime
protection, fire protection and medical emergencies'agencies? What about new business such as gas
stations, food and clothing. Are we prepared for this increase on all services?
Are you planning to increase our taxes? If not how are we to sustain this new community?
Why was so little time allotted for consideration, inquiry with agencies concerned, and response
time for all those concerned?
r
We would appreciate an answer to our concerns plus and itemized dollar explanation to our concerns in
such an increase.
the B 309-home
-- subdivision begins
approval process
Mr. &Mrs. James Dunniway
14144 Bluff Dr. A Lockeford residential sub-
Lockeford,CA 95237 division including 309 homes will be
Note sent registered reviewed May 30., 2001, by the
vel
en: stamped, self addressed envelope county's development committee
cc.
