Jack Tone Road has an existing <br /> a planned right-of-way width of <br /> feet and g <br /> width of 80 P <br /> right-of-way . <br /> 80 feet . <br /> This subdivision is within the boundary of County Service Area 52 for <br /> the purpose of obtaining storm water drainage, street lighting, and <br /> parks and recreation services. <br /> The Traffic Impact Mitigation Fee will be required when parcels are <br /> developed.
