Access rights shall be dedicated and restricted for lots along <br /> the frontage of Jack Tone Road and Lot 76 along the frontage of <br /> Brandt Road. (Interior street circulation shall be revised. ) <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.5) <br /> 17. The streets within phased portions, which are stubbed for future <br /> extension, will require temporary turnarounds. Provisions shall <br /> be made for removal of the temporary turnaround upon demand by <br /> the County, including security to ensure its removal . Adjacent <br /> property owners shall be given notice of the temporary nature of <br /> i the turnaround and the provisions for removal in the future. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150 .2) <br /> 18. Offer of Dedication of ground water rights is required. <br /> 19. A twenty foot wide easement between parcel 74 and parcel 75 <br /> connecting the cul-de-sac and lot "S" , a well site shall be made <br /> on the finial map. The easement shall be paved with an all <br /> weather surface prior to acceptance by county of the roadways. <br /> 22. A report shall be submitted to the San Joaquin County Department <br /> of Public Works which defines the 100-year flood elevation and <br /> the limits of the 100-year floodplain for Bear Creek. <br /> Information from the revised preliminary Flood Insurance Rate <br /> Map, community panel number 060299 0170 B, dated January 8, 2001, <br /> shall be incorporated into the study.
