Mr. Baracco and I discussed the issue of LCSD <br /> taking over such services for the rest of Lockeford back in September and having E' <br /> taken the issue to the Board of Directors of the LCSD at the Sept. meeting they ti,,ere . <br /> in agreement that LCSD was not interested in taking on these responsibilities. I can <br /> assure you that we are not interested in providing the same for the Lockeford Oaks <br /> project either.
