Mr. <br /> Alva also indicated that the engineer will be getting information to the department regarding the 100-year <br /> flood levels. <br /> 2:00 p.m. 7. USE PERMIT APPLICATION NO.UP-01-15 OF WAT <br /> LM DHAMMARARAM BUDDHIST ASSOCIATION. A Use Permit <br /> application to change the use from a neighborhood church to a <br /> community church(no new square footage). Located on the south side <br /> of Carpenter Road, 1300 feet cast of State Route 99,southeast Stockton <br /> (A-PN: 179-160-05; Address: 3732 E. Carpenter Road, Stockton). <br /> Leanne Mueller, Associate Planner, Hugh Campbell,Der-in Hib,David Kea,Kuch Pum,Kong Tith, <br /> Nhem Phang, Leema Sen, Ly Qeun, Cambodian Community of Stockton; Ouan Chum,UCCO; Sroevy <br /> Khin, Stockton Police Department; Kosal Vong, UCCO; Samork Pheng, Aspara, and Sophat Som, <br /> Apsara/UCCO,were present for this item. <br /> Ms.Mueller introduced the project. Ms.Mueller stated that the Site Plan submitted showed two signs. <br /> Ms.Mueller indicated that she spoke with Mr. Hib and he informed Ms.Mueller that the signs were <br /> bulletin boards, and that they would not be requesting anymore signs. Ms.Mueller asked if that was <br /> correct,Mr. Hib indicated yes. Ms. Mueller asked if there were any questions regarding the screening <br /> and the masonry wall. Mr.Hib indicated no. <br /> Mr.Norgard reviewed the Environmental Health Division's requirements. Mr. Campbell indicated that <br /> there was a previous permit on the destroyed well. Mr.Norgard asked him to contact the well builder and <br /> provide the Health Department with the information. Mr. Campbell also indicated that there had already <br /> been a nitrate loading study of the project site. Mr.Hib indicated that the study had been in 1995 or 1996. <br /> Mr.Norgard indicated that the applicants should contact Mr.Borges of the Environmental Health <br /> Division and give him the information regarding the previous study. Mr.Norgard asked the applicants to <br /> contact Adrienne Ellsaesser prior to final occupancy approval to determine if the facility will need to be a <br /> Public Water System. <br /> Mr.Neely reviewed the Department of Public Works requirements. The applicants were concerned about <br /> the requirement for a traffic study for the proposed project because they thought traffic issues had been <br /> worked out with the sheriff. Mr.Neely indicated that they should contact Mike McDowell with Public <br /> Works Department to discuss the traffic study. <br /> 2:30 p.m. 8. SITE APPROVAL APPLICATION NO.SA-0149 OF INDRA <br /> LM & SAVITRI YADAV(CIO TRIPLE "E"ENGINEERS). Site <br /> Approval application to construct a motel(8,374 square feet), a <br /> restaurant(6,800 square feet), and a mini market gas station,(1,200 <br /> square feet)on a single parcel. Located on the northwest corner of <br /> Mariposa Road and State Route 99 Highway, southeast of Stockton. <br /> (APN: 173-070-34; Address: 2584 East Mariposa Road, Stockton). <br /> Leanne Mueller, Associate Planner; Eugene Vou,Triple"E"Engineering; Indra Yadav, owner; C.
