GOTTI (C/O RIVER OARS JOINT VENTURE) i ---------------------------------_ The request is for a Major Subdivision to create a 128-lot residential subdivision on a parcel containing 124 acres. The proposal is comprised of 210 single-family residential lots, . a 26- acre lake, a recreation center, a library/fire station, a park, and f four lots containing a total of 26. 9 acres that will be further subdivided at alater date to accommodate approximately 79 single- family detached, clustered residences. The property is located at the northeast corner of the intersection of Brandt Road and Jack Tone Road in Lockeford. The Development Services Division-has reviewed the above-referenced i application and will recommend to the Planning Commission that it be approved subject to the following tentative recommended Conditions of Approval: unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be complied with prior to the approval of the Final Map. This approval will expire three (3) years from the date of approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, and (2) A Final Map has been filed with and accepted by the Surveyor's Division. Those Conditions followed by ;a Section Number or other Statutory Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance ' requirements cannot be modified.
