The <br /> proposal is comprised of 210 single-family residential lots, . a 26- <br /> acre lake, a recreation center, a library/fire station, a park, and <br /> f four lots containing a total of 26. 9 acres that will be further <br /> subdivided at alater date to accommodate approximately 79 single- <br /> family detached, clustered residences. The property is located at <br /> the northeast corner of the intersection of Brandt Road and Jack <br /> Tone Road in Lockeford. <br /> The Development Services Division-has reviewed the above-referenced <br /> i application and will recommend to the Planning Commission that it <br /> be approved subject to the following tentative recommended <br /> Conditions of Approval: <br /> unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> complied with prior to the approval of the Final Map. <br /> This approval will expire three (3) years from the date of <br /> approval, unless (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied <br /> with, and (2) A Final Map has been filed with and accepted by the <br /> Surveyor's Division. <br /> Those Conditions followed by ;a Section Number or other Statutory <br /> Requirement are based on Ordinance requirements. Ordinance <br /> ' requirements cannot be modified. <br />
