Ten foot wide public utility easements shall be dedi- <br /> cated along the perimeter of all streets of the subdivision. <br /> 2 . Any existing PG&E facilities affected by the project <br /> will be relocated or placed underground at the owner's or <br /> developer's expense. <br /> Also, we have an 8-inch high pressure distribution gas main <br /> within a 20 foot wide easement that runs contiguous to the <br /> rear lots along Brandt Road.
