GOTTI (C/O RIVER OARS JOINT VENTURE)
-----------------------------------------------------------------
The request is for a Major Subdivision to create a 128-lot
residential subdivision with a lake on a 124-acre parcel. General
Plan Map Amendment Application No. GP-90-5 was approved by the
Board of Supervisors on December 1, 1990, changing the designation
on the subject parcel from, Agriculture to Low Density Residential.
On September 12, 1991, the Board subsequently approved Zone
Reclassification Application No. ZR-90-5, reclassifying the
property from AG-40 to R1-8 . A Mitigation Monitoring Program will be
prepared as a part of the Staff Report for the full application for
action by the Planning Commission.
The Development Services Division has reviewed the Major
Subdivision application, as well as the Final Environmental Impact
Report, and offers the following tentative recommended Conditions
of Approval:
This approval will expire three (3) years from the date of approval
unless: (1) all Conditions of Approval have been complied with, and
(2) a Final Map has been filed with and accepted by the Surveyor' s
Office.
