COMPLIANCE DATE: Because this development is currently operating without the <br /> � <br /> required permits, the Site Plan shall be submitted within 60 days from the date <br /> of <br /> approval. Enforcement action will be deferred if the Site Plan is submitted within 60 <br /> days and the Conditions of Approval are met within six months from the date of <br /> approval. <br /> f. PARKING: Off-street parking shall be provided and comply with the following: <br /> (1) All parking spaces, driveways, and maneuvering areas shall be surfaced and <br /> permanently maintained with base material of appropriate depth and asphalt <br /> concrete, chip seal, or Portland cement concrete to provide a durable, dust-free <br /> surface. The fee shall be automatically <br /> adjusted July 1 of each year by the Engineering Construction Cost Index as published by <br /> the Engineering News Record. Kennels are subject to a yearly permit, a fee, and inspection by the Environmental <br /> Health Division. <br /> C. A convenient water supply and waste water disposal system meeting the requirements of <br /> I, <br /> the Environmental Health Division shall be available for washing food preparation <br /> equipment, bathing of animals, and washing dawn shelters and pens or dog runs. <br /> d.
