There are three ponds on the site; two ponds are used for fishing. A <br /> East Bay Mud easement transects the property. <br /> r� <br /> k = The open space of the property is grassy acreage with several large Oak trees, fencing, and dirt <br /> roads. Neighboring the property is a large aggregate business. Gravel and cobbles are observed <br /> throughout this property and on neighboring property. Two tractor trailer trucks owned by SKS <br /> 1 Enterprises haul off products from facility. <br /> { <br /> 1 X3.0 EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> y 1 Existing On-Site Septic Tank Usage <br /> k � + <br /> Please refer to the Site Plan Plate 2a and 2b for locations of septic system and wells.
