B. WATER RESOURCES 5.1 Potentially Significant_Impact: Potential increase in sedimentation of surface water. Statement of Fact: This impact will be reduced by the following: • The applicants shall comply with the waste discharge requirements as specified by the Regional Water Quality Control Board, the provisions contained in the Reclamation Plan, and Section 9-1415 of the San Joaquin County Development Title.
