This fluctuates from no trucks to around 155 , <br /> trucks, as on November 10, 1993 . <br /> According to Omni Means traffic review and the County Public <br /> Works staff, the intersection at Brandt Road and Clements Road <br /> has a significant amount of surplus capacity with no plans for <br /> upgrading proposed through the year 2010.
