G <br /> 1 <br /> 4 <br /> CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL <br /> Edward Questo <br /> QX-91-4 <br /> Unless otherwise specified, all Conditions of Approval shall be <br /> k complied with prior to approval of the final excavation permit. <br /> { <br /> The excavation permit shall lapse and become void if all of the <br /> following are not accomplished within 18 months of the date of <br /> approval (December 17, 1992) : <br /> (1) All conditions of approval have been complied with. <br /> (2) All necessary building, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical <br /> permits have been secured and have not lapsed. <br /> (3) All necessary permits of other public agencies have been <br /> secured and have not lapsed (section 9-1112 .5) . <br /> 1. DEVELOPMENT SERVICES DIVISION• <br /> Those Conditions followed by a Section No. are based on <br /> Ordinance requirements. Ordinance requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> I ' <br /> a. Time Limits• <br /> The excavation shall be completed by June 17; 1994 . <br /> Rehabilitation shall be completed prior to December 17, <br /> 1994, or six months after the completion of excavation, <br /> whichever is sooner. <br /> If operations cease for a period of 18 months or more, <br /> the excavation permit shall lapse and become void except <br /> for any requirements to rehabilitate the site (Section 9- <br /> 2244 (r] ) . <br /> A one-time extension of 12 months may be approved by the <br /> County. Requests for extension of time must be filed <br /> with the Development Services Division prior to the <br /> expiration date (Section 9-1112 . 5) . <br /> b.
