DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS: <br /> Ordinance Requirements: <br /> The Ordinance Requirements listed below have been identified <br /> as pertinent to this project. The excavation plan shall be prepared by a registered <br /> Civil Engineer and include the following: . <br /> (1) Detail of access road (the first 100 feet from <br /> Brandt Road shall be paved) . <br /> G (2) Final grading plan and drainage provision. <br /> (3) Boundaries and quantities of excavation and <br /> I direction of excavation_ <br /> (4) Stockpile area for topsoil. <br /> (5) Final and temporary slopes (not to exceed two feet <br /> horizontal to one foot vertical) . <br /> b. An intersection plan for the intersection of Brandt Road <br /> and Clements Road shall be provided by the developer and <br /> approved by the San Joaquin County Department of Public <br /> + Works. The developer shall be responsible for the <br /> construction of improvements identified in the <br /> improvement plan. <br /> C. Loads on Brandt Road shall be restricted to the legal <br /> load limit. <br /> d. A video tape of road conditions on Brandt Road, from the <br /> east end of Brandt Road to Clements Road, is required <br /> prior to the start of excavation. The condition of <br /> Brandt Road shall be reviewed with the Department of <br /> Public Works prior to the start of excavation. <br /> e. A bond or cash deposit in an amount acceptable to the <br /> Department of Public Works shall be filed with Public <br /> Works with a guarantee that if the permittee fails, <br /> refuses, or neglects to repair, under permit, any damages <br /> to Brandt Road which may result from the permittee's <br /> operations, Public Works may do the work necessary to <br /> restore Brandt Road equal to, or better than, its <br /> Conditions of Approval - 4 - (QX-91-4) <br /> w <br />
