(1) A proposed 25-foot wide private easement for access to Parcel 2 and 4, that extends east from <br /> Craig Road along the southern boundary of Parcel 1 and the northern boundary of Parcel 3, <br /> shall be included in the property description for the Certificate of Compliance. (Development Title <br /> Section 9-1150.15) <br /> (2) A proposed 25-foot wide private easement for access to Parcels 6-8, along the western <br /> boundary of Parcels 3 and 5 and the southern boundary of Parcel 5 and the northern boundary <br /> of Parcel 7, shall be included in the property description for the Certificate of Compliance. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.15) <br /> (3) Secondary access to Parcels 6, 7 and 8 shall be required along the western boundary of Parcels <br /> 3 and 5 and the southern boundary of Parcel 5 and the northern boundary of Parcel 7. <br /> (Development Title Section 9-1150.15[x]) <br /> (4) The following note shall be included in the Certificate of Compliance and also shall be recorded <br /> as a separate instrument: <br /> A. At the time of development of Parcel 2, 4, 6, 7 or 8, the entire length of the private right-of- <br /> way for that parcel shall be constructed and maintained to the standards required by Section <br /> 10.207 of the Uniform Fire Code and applicable San Joaquin County Improvement <br /> Standards_ (Development Title Section 9-1150.15[c]) <br /> f. ROAD NAMES: All subdivision road names shall be submitted to the Community Development <br /> Department for approval by the Director. UNIFORM FIRE CODE: The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance Code <br /> requirements will be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal <br /> to the Community Development Department for a building permit: <br /> (1) Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of.the California Fire <br /> Code and the standard adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire Chiefs Association. <br /> (2) This planning application will require a fire access road to be completed before the County <br /> Surveyors office will file the map for record. Please contact Fire Prevention at 209-468-3380 to <br /> schedule an inspection of the completed road. <br /> (3) The project shall comply with the San Joaquin County Development Title Standard 9-1150.18. <br /> (Road Naming Procedures) Please contact the Community Development Department at 468- <br /> 2193 to complete this process prior to requesting Fire Department approval. <br /> 2. COUNTY COUNSEL <br /> a. HOLD HARMLESS PROVISION: Pursuant to Section 66474.9 of the Government Code, the <br /> subdivider shall defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the local agency or its agents, officers, and <br /> employees from any claim, action, or proceeding against the local agency or its agents, officers, or <br /> employees to attack, set aside, void, or annul an approval of the local agency, advisory agency, <br /> appeal board, or legislative body concerning a subdivision, which action is brought within the time <br /> provided for in Section 66499.37 of the Government Code. <br /> 3.
