All <br /> equipment to be used at the project site is portable and easily removed from <br /> the site upon completion of excavation and reclamation. <br /> g) Revegetation <br /> Upon removal of the sand layer the property is to be laser leveled and ripped <br /> to loosen the soil for planting. Soil amenities to be added will be per the soil <br /> test results. Normal fertilizing and soil amendments will not contaminate the <br /> water as the water table is too deep. Irrigation water for the existing and <br /> future orchard is provided by a private well. <br /> i <br /> h) Monitoring and Maintenance <br /> T o ensure successful planting and vegetation, the crops will be maintained <br /> regularly by the current Farm Contractor. <br /> i) In-Stream Miininq <br /> There isno n-s+:rea m mining for this reclam at onnrc,o t <br /> . <br /> i) Future Minims <br /> There is to be no future mining on this ranch as all sand deposits will have <br /> been removed. <br /> k) Public Safety <br /> 1 <br /> The project site is fenced, and access to the mine is appropriately gated and i <br /> locked during non-operational hours. "No Trespassing" signage is posted i <br /> along the perimeter of the property. The site is marked appropriately to warn <br /> of hazardous conditions. On-site access roads are maintained free of ' <br /> overgrowth for emergency access and site maintenance, as necessary. The <br /> two pieces of equipment (water truck and wheel loader) are to be locked up <br /> at the end of the work day. The field is level without any elevated areas for <br /> children to get hurt on. This ranch is away from any major subdivisions or <br /> high residential areas and on a small county road that dead ends down the <br /> street. <br /> 6 <br />
