BUDISELICH ROAD, <br /> STOCKTON) <br /> The project is a Use Permit Pre-Application for a distribution center of various <br /> commodities. The project consists of the construction of a 70,000 square foot <br /> warehouse building and proposed railroad spur track. (Use Type: Wholesale <br /> Distribution- Light). <br /> The General Plan designation of the parcel is I/L (Limited Industrial) and the zoning is I-L <br /> (Limited Industrial) <br /> The property is located on the north side of Harding Way, 1,240 feet west of Beyer Lane, <br /> in Stockton. <br /> The Community Development Department has reviewed the above-referenced pre- <br /> application and has the following comments: <br /> Access & Circulation <br /> The applicant is proposing a thirty foot access roadway from Harding Way along the <br /> southern property line of APN: 101-220-03 to access APN: 101-210-04. Development <br /> Title Section 9-1015.5(h) (1) states, "Access driveways shall have a width of no less than <br /> twenty-five (25) feet for two-way aisles and sixteen (16) feet for one-way aisles." The <br /> owner will be required to prepare and record a reciprocal access agreement for ingress <br /> and egress across APN: 101-220-03. If a full application is submitted, the Site Plan shall <br /> clearly delineate the circulation pattern for vehicular traffic. <br /> I <br />
