be permitted in the required front yard, provided such fencing is constructed of woven <br /> wire, wrought iron, or similar open material and does not obstruct vehicular site distance. <br /> The location, setback, height, and material of the proposed fence and gates shall be <br /> depicted on the Site Plan if a full application is submitted. <br /> Noise <br /> The hours of operation for the proposed project are Mondays through Fridays from 7:00 <br /> a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Pursuant to Development Title Section 9-1025.9 (b)(2), proposed <br /> projects that will create new stationary noise sources or expand existing stationary noise <br /> sources shall be required to mitigate the noise levels from these stationary noise <br /> sources so as not to exceed the noise level standards specified in Table 9-025.9, Part II <br /> standards (50 dB Hourly Equivalent Sound Level daytime, 45 dB Hourly Equivalent <br /> Sound Level nighttime, 70 dB maximum sound daytime, 65 dB maximum sound <br /> nighttime). Daytime hours are 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and nighttime hours are 10:00 <br /> p.m. to 7:00 a.m. pursuant to Development Title Table 9-1025.9.
