Calimyrna Road, Acampo <br /> The San Joaquin County Development Title Requirements listed below have been identified as <br /> pertinent to this project. Other Requirements may also apply. These Requirements cannot be <br /> modified. <br /> a. A soil suitability study indicating that the area is suitable for septic tank usage must be <br /> performed prior to acceptance of the application as required by Section 9-1105.2(4) of <br /> the San Joaquin County Development Title. A nitrate loading study is required and a <br /> review fee of $390.00 must be paid at time of submittal to E.H.D. <br /> b. The sewage disposal system shall comply with the on-site sewage Standards of San <br /> Joaquin County prior to Improvement Pian approval. A percolation test and a sewage <br /> disposal area on each lot, as determined by the percolation test, are required prior to <br /> Environmental Health.Division approval. A permit for the percolation tests must be <br /> obtained from the Environmental Health Division(San Joaquin County Development Title <br /> Section 9-1110.3, 9-1110.4(c), and 9-1110.5). <br /> C. Construction of individual sewage disposal systems for each parcel under permit and <br /> inspection by the Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development <br /> (San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1110.3 & 9-1110.4). <br /> d. A sewage disposal area as indicated by the septic tank suitability study and/or percolation <br /> tests must be shown for each parcel on the final subdivision improvement plans. (San <br /> Joaquin County Development Title Section 9-1105.2) <br /> e. Construction of an individual domestic water well under permit and inspection by the <br /> Environmental Health Division is required at the time of development.
