Hazelton Avenue E
Stockton, CA. , 95205
Re: Mr. Richard Larrovy
Subject SU - 92 •- 6 (Tract #2629),
near Sir:
i
My property of 9.79 acres lies to the south and adjacent
to Acampo Estates. I wish to address several; concerns I have
regarding the above development,.
First the_ environmental - To put 14 cesspools plus more
horses, and then to put in wells for drinking water and household
use is incomprehensible.
I
Second - The drainage. As more and more developments go
in, water that used to run 4/6 inches becomes 1/2,'ifeet. I saw this
in the San Fernando Valley. The pond as I see it lies to the
north. The water will be in the south.
Third - Cul-de-sacs do nothing but channel the traffic.
Calimyrna will become a very busy street under this plan. Emerson
should continue straight west.
Fourth The Emerson and Acampo developments should have
a sewer system plus a water system, rather than the individual
wells and cesspools, which will lead to the problems cited
previously.
Please send me any material relevantl to this project
between now and January 6, 1994., f
Respectfully,
k
Carl S 'dt
C
F
I
