Located <br /> on the S. side of Calimyrna Rd. at the S. end of Eunice Rd. , N. of <br /> Acampo. <br /> APPLICANT: Acampo Estates APN: 005-145-3 , 5 <br /> The site is not located within a Federal Flood Insurance <br /> Administration Designated Flood Hazard Area. <br /> Calimyrna Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet, and <br /> a planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> Emerson Road has an existing right-of-way width of 40 feet, ,and a <br /> planned right-of-way width of 50 feet. <br /> THE FOLLOWING COMMENTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS ARE FORWARDED FOR YOUR <br /> CONSIDERATION, CONCERNING THE APPROVAL OF THIS APPLICATION. <br /> RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> 1. All improvements shall be in conformance with the Improvement <br /> Standards and Specifications of the County of San Joaquin. <br /> All improvement plans and specification must be approved by <br /> the County of San Joaquin Department of Public Works prior to <br /> approval of the Final Map.
