Traffic circulation shall be revised to align entrance off of <br /> Calimyrna Road with Looser Road to the north; and Emerson Road <br /> shall be continued west and connected with entrance road. All <br /> interior roads shall conform to minimum centerline radii of <br /> 300 ' and be named, dedicated, and improved to County Standards <br /> for 50 ' right-of-way rural roads, except cul-de-sac streets <br /> which may be rural residential roads. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9:135) 'f <br /> 4. Dedication to result in a 25-foot wide right-of-way from the <br /> centerline of Calimyrna Road to the property line shall be <br /> required and improved on the subdivided side to County <br /> standards for a 50-foot right-of-way rural road. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9:135) <br /> 5.
