COMMENTS ON DEVELOPMENTS <br /> SU-92-6/GP-92-8/ZR-92-8 PRE-APPLICATION <br /> 11. All utilities shall be underground except power transmission <br /> facilities of a 35 KV or greater. Public utility easements <br /> shall bealo rovided g g <br /> p n the road frontage of the subdivision <br /> and as required by the public utility companies. <br /> (Planning Title Section 9-9390) <br /> 12 . The subdivider shall agree to and shall pay service fees for <br /> the County provided utility services in an amount equal to <br /> the estimated fees for the period from the time the <br /> improvements are accepted until effective date of assessment <br /> on the tax roll. Deposit of fees shall be submitted at the <br /> time of acceptance of the facilities by the County. <br /> 13 . All traffic signs and markings shall conform to the Manual <br /> on Uniform Traffic Control Devices and San Joaquin County <br /> Standards, and shall be shown on the improvement plans. <br /> (Planning Title Section 99301) <br /> 14.
