Also existing Eunice Road does not align with <br /> any proposed road and is not separated by at least •300 feet from <br /> them. <br /> Alternative Plan 2 does not meet County requirements for minimum <br /> offset of intersecting roads. A few revisions can make this <br /> circulation plan workable. The: most westerly access road shall <br /> align with Eunice Road to the north and Lots 1, 2, & 3 shall be' <br /> served by a cul-de-sac extended west from this road. Lots having <br /> double frontage are not preferred, but restricting access for Lots <br /> 1, 11, 12, 13 , & 14 to Calimyrna Road may be acceptable (see <br /> sketch) . <br /> Other alternative circulation plans should still be considered to <br /> provide for potential development of the land to the west. <br /> c: Manuel Lopez <br /> Deputy Director/Development <br /> i <br />
