INTRODUCTION <br /> Our office has been retained by Richard Turner of Transland Development Group <br /> to perform a soil suitability study for the proposed Acampo Estates Subdivision located on t <br /> the S side of Calimyrna Rd, just W of Flwy 99, Acampo, California. The proposed <br /> subdivision will consist of 13 lots located on 30.8 acres. The purpose of this study is to <br /> determine the suitability of the subject property for septic tank usage. This study was <br /> performed according to the requirements of Section 10100 of San Joaquin County <br /> Development Code. This report presents the results of our study. <br /> II. PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The subject site is being created by combining two parcels. A square shaped 11.0 <br /> acre parcel (APN 005-145-03) and a rectangular shaped 19.79 acre parcel (APN 005-145-05). <br /> Both parcels are currently zoned RR-100. A zoning request is being made for RR-65. As <br /> indicated, the proposed subdivision will consist of 13 lots. Lot sizes will be approximately <br /> 2 acres. One of the lots will be 4 acres with the potential for a future lot split. Each lot will <br /> support a single family residence and it is proposed to install an individual on site sewage <br /> disposal systems for each lot. s <br /> fi <br /> The proposed project is being done as a Major Subdivision. <br /> l <br />
